Beautiful, 2300+ sq. foot house in Oak Shores Lakeside Community. Oak Shores is a quiet, gated, lakeside community located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco and approximately 25 miles from downtown Paso Robles.
House location is walking distance to the launch ramp, marina, playground and miniature golf course. Home features hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen, family room upstairs with 36" TV/DVD player, huge Master suite with walk-in dual head shower, and large Guest bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Kids bedroom features full/single bunk bed, and Guest bedroom features walk-in closet and Queen-sized bed.
Home also features a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer in front and in back of property.
