Spend one week or weekend in our home on Lake Norman and we are sure you will fall in love with it and return year after year.

Our home is on approximately .80 acre of beautifully landscaped waterfront property with our own private boat dock/pier.

Whether you are enjoying a family vacation with the kids and grandkids or a romantic week with that special someone, this home is perfect for everyone.

It is a beautifully decorated open floor plan with fantastic views. Come in and feel right at home as you relax on our large deck and watch the children play in the lake. Take a short cruise on your boat (or ours for an additional fee) to Queen's Landing, Vinnie's or Exit 36 Bar and Grill. Or pack a cooler and spend the day sightseeing. There are even a few NASCAR drivers with homes on the lake. See if you can find them!!!!

Our home is located in a safe, tranquil setting that is perfect for biking, skateboarding, jogging or just strolling hand in hand. We have plenty of room to park an RV or boat trailer if you decide to bring your own boat.

Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina conveniently located just 20 minutes north of Charlotte.

Activities include boating, water skiiing, jet skiing, fishing,golf,shopping and NASCAR.

Visit historic downtown Mooresville for local artwork, antiques and some of the best fine dining in the area.

Stayed during Race Week, January 18, 2007

After going to Lake Norman for years and years and staying in a hotel, we decided to rent a house. After searching and finally realizing there is not much available, we jumped on the first house we found. BIG MISTAKE! In 2006 we found this house and rented it for Race Week in May 2006. It is conveniently located and most of all, was easy to find when coming home late either in the car or by boat. We enjoyed hanging out on the large dock at night. This home has it all, whether you go with your family or just the guys going to the races.

I spent the best week of my life here in August 2006. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The owner thought of everything and was very thorough in every detail. I left relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend this property.
