This Lake Norman waterview home is perfect for your next vacation, family gathering, or temporary housing solution.

This home has 4 bedrooms along with a sleeper sofas and
can accommodate 10 people comfortably. With a large fenced in backyard, a boat launch and community lake access lot just two lots away with grills, porti johns and sandy beach for swimming. This home is all you need!

Included in your rental are linens and cleaning fee so please don't be fooled by those
other vacation rentals you one price but kill you with
add ons! Lake Norman Executive Home comes with everything you need, just
walk through the door and feel like you are in your very own vacation
home.

Our kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils you will
need to cook for your family and friends. There is a gas grill on the
patio that is brand new and has all the bells and whistles. Nothing
is too good for your next Lake Norman Vacation!

The house has wide flat screen tvs, high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling. The
house has TWO separate entrances for your convenience and privacy.
There is a large off street parking area that will accommodate an RV
or boat trailer.

This is the third year we have rented out the Lake Norman Executive home and we normally fill up quickly. The house is conveniently located to
restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and bars.

My extended family and I rented this house in April to attend a wedding. Wow! is all I can say! It has the most amazing views and is truly one of the finest homes I have ever rented. All the comforts you need for a fabulous vacation.
