This magnificant home sits on the shores of Lake Norman within the state park itself. 5 bedrooms, master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other 4 bedrooms all have queen sized bed. There are 3 full baths and 3 half baths. This home is the perfect location to spend your summer vacation!
At Lake Norman State Park, fun is just a matter of scale. On one hand, there's the largest manmade lake in the state, Lake Norman. When filled to capacity, its surface area is 32,510 acres with a shoreline of 520 miles and a main channel 34 miles in length — thus its nickname, the "Inland Sea." Thirteen miles of the shoreline are in the state park, which provides boating access.

On another hand, the park boasts its own 33-acre lake where fishing and boating are enjoyed. And with hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, interpretive programs and campgrounds, there's more to Lake Norman State Park than merely water.

We are located directly on the shores of beautiful Lake Norman, NC. Just 35 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas Airport, 25 to 35 minutes from beautiful downtown Charlotte, Carolina Panther Stadium, and the Charlotte Bob Cat Stadium, approximately 35 minutes from the beautiful Ballantyne Resort, approximately 30 to 40 minutes from the Lowe’s Motor Speedway, and much, much more!
