Upstairs living room with 42"Flat screen TV,DVD player, conversation area,fireplace, large dining room-seats 8, large open kitchen-seats 6 at the counter, inside laundry room, 1/2 bath upstairs, walk in pantry. Reynolds Plantation is the private golf and lake community where the home is located. There is a 5 Star Ritz Carlton on the property with spa, restaurants, etc available. The golf is some of the best in the country. The Robb Report rated Reynolds Plantation as "THE BEST OF THE BEST" in golf and lake communities. The lake is great for fishing, sightseeing and all water sports activities. There are boat rentals available as well.
