Description of the Lake Oconee vacation villa rental

Tuscan-inspired, waterfront 'Villa Tuscany' at Lake Oconee in the Cuscowilla Golf Resort. Play golf on the 2007 Golf Week's # 2 "Best Residential Golf Course in America". Conveniently located between Augusta and Atlanta this Crenshaw designed golf course is a special experience !

The villa has 4 units that consist of 2 Suites and 2 Studios. The rates are per unit/ per night. Each floor has one suite and one studio. The suite has a king bed and the studio has two queen beds per room. The units can be rented separately for couples or smaller parties, corporate retreat or combined to sleep up to 12 guests. Enjoy morning coffee in the sun-porch looking out to the lake. The villa is perfect for a golfing, fishing, football weekend or simply a relaxing getaway. Guest often enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the lakefront patio or upstairs porch.

Ideally situated the 'Villa Tuscany' is walking distance to the award winning golf course, resort-styled swimming pool, Golf House Grill and Waterside restaurant.

Once on the Cuscowilla property, there are biking/walking trails, several ponds, tennis courts, kid's play area, lakefront pools, exercise facility and great restaurant & grill.

RATES ARE PER NIGHT/ PER UNIT: Suites $ 200 (week day) and $ 225 (weekend). Studios $ 150 (week day) and $ 175 (weekend).

The Villa Tuscany is located in the Cuscowilla Golf Club on Lake Oconee. It is conveniently located just over 1 hour east of Atlanta and just 45 minutes from Athens (UGA). Augusta National is just over 1 hour from the villa for guest attending the Masters.

Villa Tuscany is located on Lake Oconee which is Georgia's second largest lake. The lake is great for fishing, swimming and boating.

We really enjoyed these wonderful lakefront villas. They were beautifully appointed and the location could not be any better! All you have to do is step out your front door and you are at the pool and if you step out your back door you are at your dock. We had a great time renting jetskis and reading by the pool.
