We really liked the house. It was spacious enough to accommodate two familes. With the finished basement, separate 4 seasons room, deck, and large yard, everyone had plenty of space. It has a nice location next the the beach as well. Owner very easy to work with and rental agreement and accessing house was all hassle free.

We had about 60 people at this location for 5 days. We all totally enjoyed the stay. The cabins were wonderful and nice and clean. They were very accomidating by letting us put up a tent for shade for our small children as well as letting us bring golf carts for my husband who just had had surgery the week prior to being there, so he could get around from cabin to cabin easier. The kids enjoyed the play ground very much also.

Large house, well laid out, allowed privacy for everyone. Nice flat lot, sandy beach area for little ones to play. Lake was full of green seeds, but that's Iowa lakes in July! Nice camp fire area. Prior cleaning service was not very good, especially in kitchen. Need more sharp knives in kitchen. Outdoor grills were a mess! Deck needs repair, fell through a board, no broken bones, but a real hazard. Would rent again, though. We spent great family time in the lake!! Playground next door with swings, slide for little ones. Outdoor covered patio area was so inviting and pleasant, music system great! Bar area in downstairs area was very pleasant. Huge, I mean huge TV downstairs! Over all.......a great time was had by all!!

Nicely equipped home on fantastic lot. We loved the flat back yard leading to lake-great for games of bags, washers, etc. Bar area in lower level and big flat screen were crowd pleasers as well. All the comforts of home!

This house is nicely located, relatively easy to find. Great sundeck, shaded patio, indoor shade room with gas fireplace for cold days. Gas grill needed maintenance, very uneven heat. No closets or hooks for towels or clothes anywhere. Plenty of parking. Large wet bar downstairs, TVs everywhere,excellent wifi, Kitchen is good, well equipped.

This Is A Beautiful Home With Many Amenities The Electonics In This Home Were Grand(instructions On Some May Help ) The Location Is Beautiful We Had A Wonderful Time With Our 2 Year Old Granddaughter On The Deck Watching For Boats And Geese The Home Was Obviously Built For Entertainment With X Boxs And Several Tvs And Stereo System We Found The Home To Be More Than We Expected. Also Enjoyed Golfing The 2 Local Courses Especially Panorama National Boating Would Have Been Fun Also But Did Not Have Enough Time To Do This Would Very Much Consider Returning In The Future Overall Rating Is Excellent

Great space that really makes you feel like you are on vacation. We enjoyed the wet bar, deck, beach, everything! The only downside is not being able to rent boats/jet skis on the private lake but we knew this going into it.
