Cute, Clean, very well maintained, newly remodeled. Home is located on canal with boat dock and heated outdoor swimming pool. Seasonal rentals are available. $1500/month.

Area Information

Lake Placid is surrounded by several area lakes for fishing, including Lake Okochobee. The area has plenty of dining opportunities, golf courses, and is only 12 miles south of Sebring, FL.

AWESOME ABODE!!

This home was truly more than a vacation house to rent....it was everything embodied in a warm, inviting, comfortable home. Our grand children headed straight for the lanai and the pool the moment we arrived.....it was beautiful. The soft caress of warm, gentle breezes was mezmerizing while we sat around the table on the covered lanai. My husband and I spent early morning hours on the lanai drinking coffee and just enjoying the incredible blessing of this stay. The loft with it's two queen beds was great for our daughter, her husband and four young grand children. Having two bathrooms was certainly a plus. The well equiped kitchen served us well. This home is on the street, but very well secluded. The foliage was incredible all around the yard. Oh, I almost forgot, the canal behind the home is filled with various aquatic creatures......numerous turtles, beautiful stripped fish, small minnows, etc. In a couple of words - peaceful serenity - I would say best describes this property. A gem of a find!!
