Description of the Lake Suzy vacation home rental

Custom-built luxurious 2.900 sq.ft home which has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a great open concept and a heated pool. Perfect for families, couples or golf buddies. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with cable television and huge master on-suite with his and hers sinks and counters an extra deep tub and walk-in Roman shower. It also has french doors that open up to the lanai and pool area. Second bedroom has a queen size bed which is a sleep by number. The last bedroom has a full size bed that over looks the water All bed rooms have a dresser, night tables and large closets. The house sleeps 6 to 7 in comfort. The home has a formal dining room, a large living room with cable television, dvd player and comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite programs on. The tv is a 42 inch wall hung flat screen. The living room has three large sliding doors which open up to the lanai and pool area which is completely screened in with plenty of room to relax or cool off with a swim. The lanai area has an outdoor shower and half bath which makes it great for entertaining, swimming or use as a dining area perfect to have breakfast or a relaxing dinner outside.
The extremely large kitchen with its beautiful Corian counter tops and bar stools is a fully equipped kitchen with a Flat top stove, microwave, Refrigerator & dishwasher. The home has it separate room for its washing machine & dryer. All linen & towels are supplied. Central air & heat. . High speed internet. with desktop computer FREE long distance calling to United States & Canada

Area Information

Close proximity to many beautiful beaches including Englewood Beach and Boca Grande,cape coral and fort Myers. Charlotte Harbor is just a ten minute drive away with a playground, sandy beach, boat launch and a boardwalk and pier perfect for watching sunsets. Lots of great golf courses. Deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and fantastic shops in Port Charlotte and neighboring Punta Gorda. Watch the Tampa Bay Rays spring training at nearby Charlotte Sports Park or drive to Estero for fabulous outlet shopping. . Punta Gorde witch is 10 mins away has a lovely fisherman's Village from which you can take fishing and dolphin tours, Or just enjoy the unusual shops and all American restaurant at the end of the pier.
Port Charlotte is 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers
Walt Disney is 2 half hours away
Bush Gardens, 1 hour 20 minutes away.

The house was very nice as well as the owner.The only thing that I didn't like was the owner held my damage deposit until days after I got home .

Hi Terry thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you and your buddy's had a great time and hope to be able to help you`s out again. As far as the return to the damage deposit beaning returned I sent it out 20 hrs. after you left as you know the house has to be checked out for damage. Beaning snail mail takes 6to 7 days to reach Canada from Florida.

Beautiful Home in Lake Suzy

We had a wonderful vacatio in Brian's lovely home in Lake Suzy.It was a very spacious home with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.It is situated in a beautiful quiet spot right by the lake.We would love to return if our health will allow.

Great stay for college baseball spring break

My husband and I, plus his elderly parents, enjoyed our weeklong stay in this lovely home. It is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood very near the I-75 exit where our son's ball team stayed, and within 15-20 minutes of the regional parks where their games were played. The owner is still equipping the home with a few final items (i.e. bedroom clocks, a can opener, handtowel hooks) but all furnishings are very lovely and comfortable. It was a little chilly for us to enjoy the pool, but the screened lanai over it, outside the living area and master bedroom, was an inviting place for relaxation. Neighborhood was great for walking. Computer and internet nice to have. One floor plan with no steps, and walk-in shower in the master bath were ideal for elderly persons. Walmart and restaurants only 5 minutes away. Working with the owner both before and during our visit was pleasant and satisfying -- all our questions were addressed and a malfunctioning washer was replaced duing our visit. He provided lawn chairs for us to borrow during our visit as well. We wish it were available to rent again next year!
