Heavenly Ski Resort is 12 minutes away and casinos only 15 minutes. Sierra Ski Resort in only 10 minutes away. Fallen Leaf Falls is just 5 minutes away.
So close to all convenient shopping and ski resorts yet very private with the mountain and forest in your backyard. You will certainly have a great vacation. Winter brings your own private sledding hill right next to your backyard.
