Family friendly home nestled in the quiet Heavenly Highlands neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. Our home is fully furnished and decorated, with a large fenced and gated backyard and patio area, perfect for family time, and a wonderful space for children to play and roam safely and freely.
An excellent year-round ‘stay and play’ and ‘stay and ski’ location, our home is less than one mile from shopping, night-life, water and snow skiing, and the beautiful Lake Tahoe shoreline and beaches.

Area Information
During the winter, Heavenly Valley, one of California’s premiere skiing destinations, is just a short 5 minute WALK away! Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood Ski Resorts are also within an hour’s driving distance to add variety to your ski vacation.
During spring, summer and fall, enjoy hiking and biking around the Tahoe Rim Trail and Spooner Lake; spend the day at Fallen Leaf Lake or touring Vikingsholm Castle; sunbathe and swim at the many beaches around the Lake; or take a horse-back riding adventure at Camp Richardson! These activities and MANY more are all within a short driving distance!
