Our condo is located at the top of the Kingsbury Grade area near the Stage Coach Express Lift and Boulder Lift for Heavenly Ski Resort. We are five miles from several South/East Lake Tahoe beaches and four miles from the South Lake Tahoe casinos.
The condo is decorated in a country decor with old style skis on the wall, new sofas, and a beautiful stone mantle and gas fireplace. The bathrooms are both newly remodeled with new tile floors, new vanities and sinks, and a new whrilpool tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with newer appliances, new cabinets and countertops and new tile floors. The living room has brand new couches, one of them being a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a new 30" TV, VCR, DVD player, and a collection of videos and DVD's for your viewing pleasure. We also have board games, a Nintendo 64 with games and a collection of books. We provide a wireless high speed internet connection (note no computer is provided). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, coffeemaker with timer, coffee bean grinder, pots, pans, waffle maker, smoothie maker, etc. The dining room can sit 6 at the table, and the bar area can sit 3.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and TV. The master bathroom is attached and has a large whirlpool tub, great after a long day skiing or hiking! The second bedroom has a full size bed and dresser. The second bathroom is across the hall and has a tub/shower combination.
There is a convenient ski closet when you first walk in where you can store your wet skis and boots. All stairs and walkways to the condo are covered, so there are no concerns over slippery walkways.
Traveling with a baby? We have a high chair, port a crib and bouncy chair at our condo to make traveling with your little one a little easier!

We had a great time in Tahoe. The condo has all the amenities you need while on vacation and its in a great location. We hope to rent it again soon!!
My husband and I had a very enjoyable summer stay at this cozy condo. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and also the wonderful view of the lake. It was a very warm, cozy, and well stocked condo. The guest book was very complete with suggestions and directions for what to do in the area.
My fiance and I were very impressed with this cozy condo. It had a very welcoming and homey environment. I know of very few condos in this price range that are as nice and well stocked as this one. I would recommend this place to just about anyone.
The condo was in great condition and had lots of amenities. We loved the gas fireplace, the dvd collection and playing Nintendo. The view of the lake is beautiful and the beds are soft and cozy.
