"Kokanee Lodge" is located in Skyland which is on the southeast shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 5 miles north of the casinos at the state line. The nearest ski resort would be Heavenly being only a 10 minute drive away. Skyland is a lakefront community with its own private beach. The house has a luxury rating, it is approximately 5,200 square feet, and it can sleep 17 people. There is a private hot tub with piped music, a games room with a dartboard and wet bar, and the house is walking distance to the private community beach. The main house has 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 3.5 bathrooms. Bedding: 1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Full Futon and 2 Twin Sofa Sleepers. The guest house has a loft bedroom, living room, kitchenette and full bathroom. Bedding: 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper and 1 Twin Rollaway.
