With vaulted ceilings this spacious condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and furnished kitchen for your culinary creativeness. Unit boasts a new jetted tub and natural stone flooring and showers. Granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms.

Your suite comes with a boat dock (available on request, and if available) and a quiet cove to fish or float.

Condo has been totally redone and has new designer furniture for your comfort. Two reserved parking spots close to the elevator makes it convenient for you to access the unit which is close to the marina. A wood burning fireplace in the living room, stocked kitchen with essential cooking items and spices, condiments, and specialty bath products await you. New washer and dryer in the unit. All new linens, towels supplied.

Bring your clothes and your boat and you will spend a wonderful, peaceful weekend or week at this luxurious condo.

Located on The Island on Lake Travis, this property is one of a kind. The only man made island on the lake, it is close to town, shopping, and many recreational activities. Boat rentals, sea doo rentals, restaurants all close by. Arrangements can be made to have a boat or sea doo delivered to your private slip.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property for five weeks. It was very clean, superbly decorated and had lots of special amenities, including a great new workout facility, indoor and outdoor pools, quiet surroundings and two dozen deer to feed every day! Pamela and Marlin are great hosts and I look forward to a return trip.
