Description of the Lake Travis vacation home rental

Lake Travis Paradise is a Private Waterfront House located in Spicewood, Texas just 35 miles West of Austin, where the Colorado & Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. The house has just been totally remodeled inside and outside and has all new leather furniture, beds, linens, & towels and sits in a quiet area on 1 acre of beautiful land with a gentle walk down to the water. Tie up, swim or just relax on the NEW Private Covered Boat Dock. Enjoy the scenery of the lush landscape lawn while roasting marshmellows with the kids in the fire pit located on the lower porch.

The Main House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Kitchen in Lake Travis Paradise is large enough for the chef to lay out the food and serve the entire family. The Dining Room and Living Room overlook the lake with fabulous views. The Living Room is well decorated with inviting furniture and a New Large Flat Panel TV. The master has a King size bed with a flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen and a set of twin bunks. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, both with full on bottom and twin on top. For your extra guests or kids -- there is a separate Guest House (available for additional nightly rate) that has the 4th bedroom, a full bathroom and flat screen TV. Will sleep up to 14 comfortably -- 10 in the main house and 4 in the guest house. There are spectacular lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and the 2 upstairs bedrooms (which also have private balconies). We provide all Linens & Bath Towels.

Spicewood is becoming a Vacation Destination! While staying at Lake Travis Paradise, you can take a stroll to the neighborhood vineyard for a wine tasting and maybe an extra bottle to take with you. Stone House Vineyards is located just down the street! You are just minutes from the thrilling Eco-Adventure at Cypress Valley Canopy Tours. You can also go for a swim in one of the 32 natural springs at Krause Springs. Take in the nightlife with live music at Angel's Ice House. Downtown Austin, Music Capital of the World, is a short 30 minute drive or visit the Historic Town of Marble Falls and eat at the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe. Stroll the streets of the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Caves/Lakeway for the perfect bathing suit, one of a kind Birthday or Christmas Gift.
