Lake Travis Vacation is a private Luxury Home that sits on more than an acre of waterfront property. The Cape Cod style home offers a lush green grass with a gentle slope down to the water. The lawn is landscaped to perfection and would be a perfect place for an Summer Getaway, Bridal Showers, Easter Egg Hunt, Thanksgiving Gathering, or just enjoying a Texas Christmas in the great outdoors. The lighted waterfront cabana provides a great place for relaxing by the lake in the evening and enjoying a scenic Texas sunset. Lake Travis Vacation has all new beds, linens and furnishings. This beautiful Luxury Waterfront Home is perfect for families, couples retreats or just a dream vacation!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV and panoramic views of the lake. You also have a private master bath with double vanity, large walk in shower and large closet. Just outside of the master bedroom is a half bath that serves the living area. Upstairs there is a small bedroom with 1 twin, bedroom with queen, bedroom with 2 queens, bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 twins. Located centrally in the hallway, you have a full bath with shower/tub combo.

Lake Travis Vacation has large flat screen TV in the living room and offers a Bose Docking Station for your IPod. The owners have contributed a couple brand new amenities this year - Ice Machine and Boat Dock! The boat dock is available to tie to the side and swim or just hang out and enjoy the day lounging in the sun or shaded areas.

Area Information

The beautiful Lake Travis Vacation is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in Spicewood, Texas just 35 miles West of Austin, where the Colorado & Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. Austin is the Music Capital of the World.

Spicewood is becoming a Vacation Destination. So many things to do in our area! We are just minutes from the thrilling Eco-Adventure of Cypress Valley Canopy Tours. The house is located just a short walk from Stone House Vineyards where you can enjoy a wine tasting over the sunset of Lake Travis. Take in the nightlife with live music at Angel's Ice House. Need a hot new bathing suit? Visit the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Caves/Lakeway to shop at unique stores or take in a movie. Take a short 20 minute ride to the Historic town of Marble Falls. While there, check into the Power Boat Races on Lake Marble Falls or have a home made hill country breakfast at Blue Bonnet Cafe. Visit Austin, the Music Capital of the World, for a "Keep Austin Weird" souviner t-shirt or take in the famous 6th Street or Soco.

Great relaxing area

The house was very nice and spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing and nice, the house and neighborhood it's in is nice and quiet, I had a wonderful time there and eith the lake being right down the walk way it made even more convenient to go swimming and enjoy the outdoor. I would definetly bring my family back for a other weekend stay.

Our extended family of 10 spent a long weekend at your incredible home on Lake Travis. From the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked kitchen to the perfectly manicured lawn, this place really is top-notch. We enjoyed the gazebo each evening and utilized the grill one night. This is a perfect location for a family that likes water sports. We spent most of the time down at the fantastic dock either relaxing, swimming or watching the skiers/boarders go up and down the Pedernales. Because this house is near the “Y” where the Colorado and Pedernales split, we could find perfectly smooth water no matter which way the wind was blowing. There is a very steep incline/decline at the start of the sloping walk to/from the water which was a bit difficult for the grandparents, but everyone else handled it just fine. This was much better than a steep set of stairs! Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to returning!

I had my bachelor party here and we loved it. The house is right on the water and it has tons of space. The house was very nice with all the amenities you could want. It's not like staying in a hotel. It's like staying at your own house. We had an awesome time and enjoyed the great location!
