Come spend the upcoming Holidays on Lake Travis. With the decorating already done, all you need to do is gather the family!

Waterfront Home--Great for Families & Wakeboarding. Lake Travis Water Ski House is a private Waterfront home with Covered Boat Dock and Private Guest House. It is located on the arm of the Pedernales River near the Colorado and Lake Travis by Mile Marker 36. This Large Lot in a quiet, family friendly area has some of the best Water Skiing and Wakeboarding on the lake. Stay out of the choppy waters and come experience the smooth waters on the South end of Lake Travis. The Main House and Guest House together have 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms and will sleep up to 12 people. It has a private boat ramp right next door. Don't worry about the water being down...this ramp is still in the water! Boat dock has lights for late night fishing with the kids!

Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: High Season/Holidays - 2 Nights/3 Nights
Lodging Tax: 6%
Deposits: Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
Other Fees: $50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25.00 Reservation Fee is Charged with each reservation 6% State Room Tax Added to Rates. High Season: 2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holidays). Low Season: 2 Nights Minimum (3 Nights on Holidays). ½ the Total Amount of the Reservation is due when the Reservation is made. Final Amount is charged 14 days prior to arrival date. I had my bachelor party here and we loved it. The house is right on the water and it has tons of space. The house was very nice with all the amenities you could want. It's not like staying in a hotel. It's like staying at your own house. We had an awesome time and enjoyed the great location!
