This luxurious Lake Travis lakefront home is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and the North Shore of Lake Travis in Jonestown Texas. Our 4 bedroom, two bathroom, tri-level A frame home is over 2800 sq. ft with all the furnishings and amenities you would expect and includes two boat slips for your boats at Easy Street Marina. The main living area is the second level and boasts incredible unobstructed views of Lake Travis. Enjoy the big screen plasma TV and the floor to ceiling wall of windows. This second level also has the kitchen, two dining areas, a full bathroom, two bedrooms and an incredible wrap around exterior deck, perfect for relaxing with cocktails while enjoying the sunset. The third or ground level has the loft with a great birds eye view of the lake and the marina, along with the master bedroom and full bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub. The bottom level is a great room with billiards table, two sets of bunk beds and its own private lakefront deck. This level also has the laundry room with washer and dryer and the two car garage with a cobblestone driveway.

Our amenities make our home, your home away from home with balconies off of each bedroom, a large stainless steel barbecue grill with picnic benches and table just off the kitchen. Enjoy cable TV, wireless internet, billiards, numerous board games and breathtaking views along with a large shaded yard.

Located next door but far enough away for privacy is Easy Street Marina which can provide you with boat rentals, charters, fuel for your boat, snacks, drinks, ice and even an indoor fishing house ($5 per day).

From the lake- We are located on the Sandy Creek Arm of Lake Travis. Turn north from the main channel at Starnes Island and follow Sandy Creek Channel to the left. We are on the left side just before Jones Brothers Park. We are 10 minutes from world famous "Devils Cove".

Driving directions: From Austin, take Hwy 183 north past Hwy 620 (Lakeline area) to Cedar Park. Exit at Hwy 1431 and go west approx. 8 miles (from Hwy 183) through Jonestown. Turn left on Easy Street which ends approx 1/2 mile into Easy Street Marina. Home is on your left.

Located in the world renowned Texas Hill Country, this home is perfectly situated, lakefront, on the 64 mile long Lake Travis.

Enjoy small town USA location of Jonestown Texas (Population 2670), while being 10 minutes from all the conveniences of city shopping and services.

Take your boat from one of the two boat slips that are provided with this home to Cafe Bleu (5 min. by water) and enjoy the sunset and fine dining. Or how about Carlos n Charlies? just add another 10 minutes of Lake Travis cruising and your there!

No boat? No problem!. Rent a ski boat, pontoon boat or party barge from Easy Street Marina. Reserve online in advance at EasyStreetMarina or call them direct.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Jonestown Texas. Everything was perfect and beautifully maintained. Sadly there was no water in front of the home, but we assumed this before we stayed. I would definately stay here again. It was a beautiful drive out and it was spacious enough to allow for relaxation for my group, it was also located at the end of the road which made it more private. Thank you so much!  Great place for large family!!!, July 30, 2009

House slept 16 comfortably and scenery was awesome. Our long family weekend was sidetracked by the recent drought that produced low lake levels. The rental property notified us of the situation and we were able to plan accordingly. The outside decks provided plenty of lounging area to watch the sunset and stars. The house provided a memorable weekend with family. We appreciate your help in securing the accomdations and booking us so late in the season. We will definately tell our friends.
