Description of the Lake Travis vacation home rental

We have water! One of Lake Travis's most popular vacation home over the past three years. This beautiful waterfront home is one of the largest and newest vacation home in the area. Built in 2006, it features numerous upgrades such as a private swimming pool, gameroom and granite counter tops. The house is fully furnished with a full range of kitchen appliances and linens, a pool table, 62" and 46" big-screen high-definition satellite TVs, a double-bay boat dock (no lifts), an outside fire pit for grilling and much more. The main level is 2500 sq ft of living area and consist of five bedrooms and 11 beds. The downstairs game room is an additional 2000 sq ft. The house sits on 2+ acres and has an upper and lower deck with patio tables and chairs. It is located in deep water directly across from Paleface Park (aka Pace Bend Park). The pool is a must!

Beautiful View & House, minor challenges

March 4, 2012

The house was beautiful, good number of bedrooms & baths; view was beautiful; only challenge was the method of getting from the "house level" to the "pool/game room/fire pit level" - 2 options - 1 was a steep staircase (really steep for kids) and the other was to go out the front door walk down the sloped driveway and around the side of the house.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend get away!

I had my parents and a few friends join us for Memorial Day weekend. We all stayed here and hung out in the pool and took our boat out on the water! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and very relaxing! The boat dock could have used some lights and it was quite shaky but none the less we still had a wonderful trip and would definitely visit the house again! We were thinking it would be a great place to visit every year!
