Amazing lake front home with beautiful 180 views of the lake and tabletop from the wall of windows in main family/game room. Four Bedroom, 3 bath sleeps 10 people comfortably. Fully furnished including kitchen, laundry and huge covered carport. Lots of parking and a private boat dock (Holman Mfr). Very close to boat ramp and rentals.

Area Information

Lake Tulloch is surrounded by rolling hills, oak trees and access to water sports galore. Wide open, beautiful country and amazing night time boating on the water with open sky and stars everywhere.

Deposits: 500 dollar deposit required at the time that your reservations are made to hold the reservation. Full payment required 21 days prior to stay. 500 deposit will be used as a security deposit. 60 day cancellation policy.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Minimum 4 night stay during the summer months and minimum 5 night stay during the winter months. On Holiday weekends, flat rate $1800. Cleaning fee and deposit is in addition to the rental rates. $120 non refundable cleaning fee.

Perfect view of the lake

July 26, 2012

My family enjoyed the three nights we stayed in this house. We had plenty of room for all eleven of us, and it has a small front yard where we had barbacues in the evening. Also the back has a large deck to relax anytime and look out at boaters. The owner is very easy to do business with and lets you have a great time using his home! I recommend this house and will rent it again , had a blast.

Great Weekend Vacation Home!

Once I stepped into the door first thing I loved about the place was the view! Weather was over 100 degrees. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Going to the dock was a workout, which was perfect for me, after all the BBQ I had. Jacuzzi was great, after a long day of swimming and riding the jetski. All I can say is that I had the greatest summer weekend by far!

Great house, beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, bigger than we expected. The view of the lake from the house is great. The steps to the dock are a bit steep, but it was very convenient to have the boat so close. The dock was nice, too. It held our boat in place and looks almost new. We will definately recommend this home to our friends and family. Thanks!

Summer Fun!

This house is very roomy and comfortable...The scenery is GREAT from the living rm windows and decks. You can watch the boaters, skiers etc. and relax. Short walk to access the beach. First time at this lake and would go again. Very nice and alot of fun!

Big house with lots of parking and great view

This is a really big house with enough room to park 5 or more vehicles plus three of these vehicles had trailers. Also a big part of the parking is covered which is really nice. The only downside is that it is 66 steps down a pretty steep hill to get from the house to the dock. The view from the house is great!
