The cost of a weeks stay is $500 plus 12% tax plus $50 cleaning costs per vacation.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Area Description

Close to all amenities of quaint Lake Wales. Ideal holiday for people who like the rural life as there are walking trails, air boat rides,fishing etc within easy reach and Bok Tower is close by and 2 bicycles are available for your pleasure.(or pain).

The home is in 1.8 acres so there is plenty of space. If you go into the Polk County site it will give you many more features of what's available.

Close enough to Theme Parks for a day trip, without being on top of them. Aprox 1 Hour.

Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the cost of any cancellations you may have to make

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Money Order, Personal Check
Required Stay: Normally Saturday to Saturday but flexible at owner's discretion.
Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $350, for bookings up to two weeks, or $500 for longer rentals is to be be paid on booking the home. Balances, are to be paid one full calendar month before arrival.

My husband and I stayed with my father at the home in Lake Wales. The house is close enough to the main attractions without being on top of them.The home was clean and comfortable, there is plenty of space. We really enjoyed the sun room in the evenings watching the sun go down, with a glass of wine. Thanks very much looking forward to our visit in 2008

We had a wonderfull 3 month stay in your Lake Wales home.The location suited us fine, as it is on a quiet court away from the main thoroughfare. The house is well appointed with all the modern conveniences. Clean, comfortable and cozy was what we were looking fore and yor home fitted the bill exactly. There were no surprises, as your add supplied all the informationwe needed. My wife and I are looking forward to staying in your home again for three months.
