Located in Lake Ashton, this lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms home has dishwasher, refrigerator w/water and ice maker along with washer and dryer. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and serve your own
home cooked meals (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee-maker, and toaster). The home is fully furnished and has an enclosed lanai.

The home is located in a gated active adult community of Lake Ashton. Lake Ashton has two full 18 hole golf courses and driving range. As a renter you will enjoy full clubhouse membership privileges which includes use of the movie theatre, gourmet restaurant with dining inside and outside, free use of a four lane bowling alley, card room, craft room with kiln, library and a fully equipped fitness
center with sauna and showers, A large heated pool and whirlpool spa is a great place to relax. We have two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and basketball court. Also, a pavilion with 5 outdoor grills is available for your use for lakeside cook-outs.Rental fee includes local telephone calls, all utilities, lawn service, cable television, golf cart and full use of the clubhouse. High speed PC internet connections available at the clubhouse.
Unlimited golf on either of two Lake Ashton Golf courses is included with your rental along with free use of driving range.

Area Description

From Lake Ashton, it is 3 miles to the Eagle Ridge Mall and Publix grocery store. Super Wal-Mart is 5 miles, 40 miles to Disneyworld, Universal Studios and other attractions in Orlando. It is 10 minutes to Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven or Bok Tower in Lake Wales. Kennedy Space center is a day trip.
