Brand new house located in Lake Wales, in a gated 55+ community (near WINTER HAVEN) with active clubhouse, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, equipped with dishwasher, side by side refrigerator w/water and ice maker along with washer and dryer. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and serve your own home cooked meals (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee-maker, toaster and much more). The home is tastefully furnished with new furniture and has a breezy 8'x 14' screened in patio w/ sitting arrangement, and spacious back yard. Minimum 3 months rental, (preferably longer).

Area Description

1.3 miles to Eagle Ridge Mall which includes a Recreation Station (bowling alley), movie theater and restaurants.
Short distance to Publix grocery store , to Lake Ashton golf course, 35 min. drive to Disney World and Orlando airport.
Super Wal-Mart is approx. 5 miles, 20 minutes to Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven and 10 min. to Bok Tower in Lake Wales. Kennedy Space center is a day trip.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME, August 19, 2008

Last year, we had the pleasure of renting this lovely home for six months. Everything we needed, to enjoy a comfortable stay, was at our fingertips. This 55+ Community offered many activites. The 3,800 Square Foot Community Clubhouse offered an Exercise and Fitness Room, large Recreation Room, full Resident Kitchen, Dance Floor, Billiards Table, Card Tables, Big Screen TV and a Covered Outdoor Patio with a Grill area, and a large Dock overlooking Lake Suzanne. There is a full length Deck overlooking the outdoor Pool area, with a fantastic view of the Lake. There are two Gazebos within the community. Join the activities at the pool for both men and women or join in a game of horseshoes. The community offers sidewalks throughout. The major Mall is approximately one mile away and you can enjoy a movie, bowl, eat dinner or shop, all just minutes from your vacation home! We truly enjoyed our stay, close to Disney and ALL the Orlando attractions. The Owners were so very cordial.
