Description of the Lake Wales vacation home rental

Very nice home built in 2005,never rented. Owner lives nearby in lakefront home, with remote private dock. Rental home is a short walk (or golf cart ride) to dock. Renter will be given dock use and use of an electric boat lift/slip if desired. Rural setting, on one acre. Landscaped, lawn sprinkler system,furnished, satellite tv, very new and clean, all appliances, 2 car garage, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, dining area, florida room. House has full security system, would need to activate (approx. 20$/month)
Plenty of room to park RV or motor home (unoccupied). Dock is on Tiger Lake, one of the Kissimmee chain of lakes. Direct boat access to Lake Kissimmee and rest of lakes and the Kissimmee River. Fourteen miles to Lake Wales. An hour or so to Disney World or Orlando airport.

This area is rural. Tiger Lake is largely undeveloped, and is one of several interconnected lakes that comprise the Kissimmee chain of lakes. Kissimmee is known for its bass fishing, as well as crappy and bluegills/shellcrackers. Areas are available for 4-wheeler riding, hiking,etc. Perfect place for winter residents or year round retirees.
