This guesthouse is freshly remodeled, with tile floors thoughout. Efficiency kitchen with a new stove, fridge,sink and cabinets. This is a very quiet neighborhood not far from many and varied types of activities.
Area Description
Supermarkets, restaurants, the airport and many other needed facilities are within short driving distances. The beach is only 4 1/2 miles away and ocean fishing is also availible with a slightly longer drive to the north or the south. Scenic Palm Beach and the famous Worth Avenue are only about 7 miles away. There are three large malls within short driving distances. West Palm,s "City Place" with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment is also only about 6 miles away.
