Darling 3BR, 2BA Lakefront Home. Modern kitchen, nicely furnished inside and out. Huge upper deck with sunrise views and afternoon shade. Lower level has covered patio with porch swing for evening relaxation. Storage room for your toys.

Free use of 2well dock with lifts and jetski ramp/lift.
Great place to swim and float well behind no wake line.

Walk to Frankie and Louie's Beach Front Bar.

Area Description

Located at the 10Mile Mark of the Osage on the Lake of the Ozarks. Walk to Frankie and Louie's Beach bar for meals or drinks and live music, or boat over for gas.

Boat to Horny Toad, Backwater Jacks, Bambooz, or many other bars and restaurants in only a few minutes.

The lake is 100 miles long with 1400 miles of shoreline to explore. Dozens of great bars and party places and some very elegant ones as well.

Partiers should not miss a trip to the famous Party Cove.

Bagnall Dam strip area has go carts, bungie jumping, minature golf, boat rides arcades etc.

Required Stay: 2nite minimum except holidays 3 night
Deposits: $300 security deposit to hold dates, returned after departure with no damage and key return. Total rent due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: full refund less $100 before 30 days, within 30 days refund only for any days that can be rerented.
Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee $50 pet fee with prior approval
