Outside, you will see a custom built home, with decks and a platform for eating, sun-bathing or just relaxing. You will find the water here very calm and perfect for swimming, fishing, floating or anything else in the water. In addition, you share a boat slip with others and have a wood burning fire pit! Each of our vacation rental homes are newer homes that are custom built with your every need taken into account. Whether you want large or small, rustic or state-of-the-art, each home has a wonderful look and feel to them.

Each lakefront home is located on an upscale, private subdivision within Land of the Ozarks known as the "The Village of Gentle Slopes". This is one of the few areas within Land of the Ozarks where you will get to see and experience calm water on a nearly flat lot. Each one of our vacation and rental homes is built to maximize the natural beauty of the land and water with stunning views, boat slips, lakefront location and floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the views. Each exterior was professionally designed, while the interiors are professionally decorated, fully furnished & designed with your comfort & space in mind.

• Deposits: $500 deposit at time of reservation. Remaining due 45 days prior to check in. Deposit fully refundable after inspection of home.
   
• Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee is stay is less than 3 nights. All rates quoted not including tax.

This was an excellent rental property. Everything was like new. Very clean and neat. It was in an excellent location with boat dock available. Property owner was very easy to work with and followed up to make sure all was in good order. We would definitely rent here again.
