We loved our stay at the Lake Lodge. The house was clean, well equiped and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were all spacious and 3 of the bedrooms had a waterfront view. There was plenty of extra linens. There was a living area on each level, a 2 level outside deck and a fully enclosed screened porch that had ample seating. The boat dock was covered and roomy enough to swim, fish, sit and visit. The kitchen was well equiped and there were some extra supplies and spices to make things feel like your home away from home. We had a 24ft boat and the road and driveway to the house was steep and narrow so I would recommend you launch your boat at Frankie and Louie's and not attempt to take the boat to the house. We were able to park the trailer at the house in the gravel at the top of the driveway which worked out well. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent accomodations. Nice Location, convenient to many restraunts. Right on the Lake. Quiet and relaxing. We had a good time and would recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay right on the lake!

OZARK TRIP 2009

October 28, 2009

This rental was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room...beautiful view of a private portion of the lake. Two levels of rear decks. Very clean and fully furnished home/kitchen. The linens were all provided and plenty of extra pillows and blankets, too. Great way for a few families to get together, split the cost and still get a great place. Walking distance to a fun marina...live band...deer in the AM. Only negative I would say is the constant drone of the leaf blowers from the neighbors...next door and across the lake...the noise was unending and drove us nuts...we ended up keeping the windows closed much of the time. Other than that, we would definitely plan another trip to this same rental in the future! Thank you very much!

Great Family Retreat

July 10, 2009

We took our family to the lake for a week and stayed at Lake Lodge. The family included 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house had enough bedrooms for all and plenty of bathrooms. Living room was very large, but the screened in porch was the best. Shaded with lots of room. The house is in a quiet cove with nice neighbors, boat and swim dock. We had a great time and are heading back before the end of summer!
