Description of the Lake of the Ozarks vacation home rental
This house is brand new with its own huge boat dock with a 12x20 covered slip, in a small cove off Lick branch cove. Additional boat parking along side of 56 ft. long boat dock The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements accommodate four adults,four children in bunk beds,and room for two extra people on a pull out queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own bathroom, walk in closet, 26 in LCD TV and a nice lake view. The next bedroom also has a queen bed and a nice lake view. The third bedroom is the bunk bed room, with two sets of bunk beds staggered for the kids. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and a lake view.
The kitchen and living is open. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, crock pot, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and BBQ tools. There is a table for four and four bar stools along the front of the counter. The living room has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, and a stereo with 5 disc CD player. The couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper. Off the living room is a patio overlooking the lake with patio table and chairs,Weber gas grill, and Weber charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Down at the boat dock 24x56 with a 12x20 slip there are adirondack chairs, patio table and chairs, storage box, and two dock ladders and a lot of room to swim, fish, relax, read a book, or just watch the boats go by. For the fisherman there is a crappie bed off the end of the dock.
There are many restaurants by land or by water, with some having live entertainment. There are also a lot of golf courses and plenty of shopping nearby. My wife and I enjoy the lake at all seasons of the year, we think you will enjoy our new, cozy, clean, smoke free lake house as well.

Lovely vacation

We loved the 3 bedroom home. Although it is not big, it worked great for the 3 of us. We found the open kitchen and living room spacious and light filled. The porch overlooking the lake was wonderful at night. Our only wish was that cell phone coverage was better but maybe that was a hint that we should be on vacation.

Perfect for us!

this was the perfect house for 2 families with kids. We put a pack and play in the master bedroom closet for the baby and the 3 other kids slept in the third bedroom which has two sets of bunkbeds. The top bunks had rails on the sides so no worries about the kids rolling out in the night! The patio area also has a gate with a lock on it which made us feel better about allowing the kids out there. This is not a musty dated lake house. The place was extremely clean and had the feel that it had just been renovated and updated. We spent a lot of time swimming off the dock with the kids and had a blast. Already planning another trip in the fall!

Nice lake home with a view / Great vacation

Our family of 4 and another family of 3 stayed June 26 - 29...we had a wonderful time even with it being the hottest week of the season so far. The kids enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock and the fishing was great too. We rented WaveRunners for several hours 1 day and rented a boat the entire next day...having Iguana Watersports so close to your location made it very convenient for us. Your home was very clean and spacious enough for the 2 families to relax and not feel like we were invading one another's space. The owners made it easy to arrange our stay. We recommend others to stay at this lovely lake home. Thank you John & Michele for renting your home to us.

We stayed for 1 week. Had great weather and the house was terrific!! Spent a lot of our time down at the huge dock. Fishing , swimming and just relaxing. Our kids loved jumping off the dock. Best vacation !!!!

This was a nice trip for my wife and I to just chill out in the Ozarks. The house was very nice, very clean and we really enjoyed it. We met one of the year round residents from next door and he was very nice in suggesting restaurants and giving us other info. I would highly recommend this beach house.

Thank you John and Michele for making your lake home available. My wife and I spent our Easter weekend at the home and had a great time! Our son and his friend came down from college[Mizzou] and they also had a great time. Although the weather was rainy most of the weekend, we were still able to catch around 30 keeper crappie from your well kept dock. The house is immaculate and the layout is great!

We rented this house for just a few days at the end of March. It was a little chilly at first then it got warm and sunny. The house was nice and new with plenty of room and had everything we needed. We used the deck to cookout and the kids fished off the dock which also had plenty of room. The neighbors were friendly too! I would definately stay again as it was also easy working with the owners to get everything arranged for our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the new home. The location was relaxing and the boat dock was nice too. We saw some fish and fed the ducks. The beds were very comfy and everything we needed was there. We would recommend this place to others.
