Wonderful stay, lovely location

Plenty of space for our group of 7. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the master had a nice covered balcony. The second largest bedroom had a smaller balcony. The fourth bedroom is little more than large closet with a bed. No outlets or windows in this room but the couple that stayed did not seem to mind. We brought chairs for the deck but did not need them as plenty of patio furniture in good condition was available. A charcoal grill was also outside that we used for tasty burgers and dogs. The deck was enormous as others have stated and provide plenty of room for us to sit out while others played games along side. Most of our time was spent cooking or swimming off of the dock. Nice rental price and our group would easily rent again. 4 ½ stars!

The house suited our group of 10 well. Great location in a lovely cove. 2 queens and 2 full beds. 4th bedroom is really a big closet but worked fine for the kids. Spent most of our time on deck or dock. Slip was nice for boat. Lots of fun had by all! Good value would return.

the house was in a beautiful location, close to almost anything you would want to do. The AC was not working upon arrival ( sunday ) but was fixed the next day. I think the beds were queen instead of king, but we still had adequate room. Overall i would rent this property again. We had a great time

Our stay here was very nice. It was the perfect size for our group of 10. We really enjoyed the dock and the water was very calm - not much boat traffic. It was pretty close to shopping and Shorty Pants, which was nice. The one thing I didn't like about it was you couldn't tell if the towels and extra bedding were clean or not b/c they weren't folded, but just kind of shoved into the cabinets/closets. Other than that, we had a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us use your home!

The house was awesome! Perfect for sitting lakeside all weekend. We had a total of 12 people so we made the sleeping arrangements work. We brought one air mattress that we set up in the master bedroom. The only complaint I had was that the sofa bed was located in the living room and there was no blinds keeping out the sunlight in the morning. I would request some blinds in the area so the people who would sleep there doesn't have to wake up at 6:30am to the sun shining in the face. Other than that it was perfect. The kitchen was big, the deck was enormous and it fit all of us to just sit around and enjoy each others company. The location was relatively close to boat rentals so we were able to take the boat back to the house to pick up coolers and extra people who wanted to join. Overall experience I would rate 5 stars!!

This home is fantastic! The location is perfect (close to shopping and dining) and the access to the lake is excellent. The view from inside is awesome! The floor plan is very workable with three bedrooms upstairs and the living area down. The fourth bedroom is very small, but my teenage son loved it. The only negative thing was the deck furniture. The deck itself appears brand new and is very large. The furniture, however, is very old, rusted and broken. It needs to be trashed immediately! If you intend to do any serious cooking, I'd suggest bringing some of your own pots and pans and bowls as those items are pretty limited. Didn't bother me, however, because I only semi-cooked once! I intend to rent this house again next year and highly recommend it!

We spent a week in this home with our adult children and grandchildren. It was a wonderful place for our vacation. One bedroom is small but was ok for the adults who were just sleeping there. The other bedrooms are a nice size, the master bedroom is vary large. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the deck and gives a great lake view. The deck is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing evening grilling and gives more space to the living space. Our family spent many hours swimming off the dock in the cove. The location makes it easy access to other activities in Osage Beach. We would like to thank the owner for sharing their home with us. We would definitely stay here again.

the house is beautiful and right by the lake. however, there is no iron and no blender as listed in the list of amenities. you may have to pick straws on who gets the 4th "bedroom" as it is a storage space with a double bed in it and literally no room for any other thing in it, so if you have problems with small spaces you will not want this "room" it would be good for kids or teenagers. the deck is amazing and is like an additional room. newly decorated and kitchen is nice and has everything you will need to prepare meals. the location is perfect! with stores and outlet mall right down the road. neighbors were very nice. i would definitely stay here again and the customer service this house provides is more than great. the price is also unbeatable. please know you will need to leave the house clean when you leave. this was not a problem for us as many other homes charged fee's of 150 and more. thanks for sharing your home with us.
