The two upper decks attached to the home allow each level of the home to have it's own COVERED FULL LENGTH DECK. The two lower decks - one for sun-bathing and one for fishing that runs along the 100 foot of LAKEFRONT.Private boat dock (large 12 x 32 slip) also with jet ski lift and swim dock.
This home is very clean and spacious as well as very private, all important considerations. The adjacent homes & decks are not close...so you DO HAVE PRIVACY!
FLOOR PLAN OF THE HOME:
UPPER LEVEL of the home includes a fully furnished kitchen, living room with fireplace + large flat screen tv, full length covered deck with gas grill, two bedrooms(both queen size beds) and a full bath.
LOWER LEVEL includes a second living room with fireplace + large flat screen tv and wet bar w/micro & stereo, huge bedroom with sitting area, king size bed and full bathroom., and another full length covered deck. The level also has a washer, dryer, water filtration system, water softener and plenty of storage in the utility room.
12 X 32 boat slip, large swim platform with stainless steel ladder. Also a jet ski lift that you are welcome to use.
Every walkway and deck has deck lighting and is automatically controled.
1. Towards BIG COVES...the one you are in or several very close by - all are great for skiing or wakeboarding - our guests really like this location!
2. Towards Ha Ha Tonka Castle of the Big Niangua (1-14MM) for that fun destination and a nice day boating trip - we have this excursion written up in our home's binder of where to go & what to do and see.
3. Up the Osage branch towards the upper mile markers (30-55MM) to explore the more remote parts of the lake - we also have this mapped out for you to review.
4. Towards Bagnell Dam (1-25MM)- the older part of the lake - much busier, but also fun during the middle parts of the summer's week.
YOU ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED BOTH BY WATER & LAND!
From the 28 MM cove where this home is located... you can choose which direction you want to go.
BY LAND - you are at Hwy 54 & Y ROAD (BIG SURF WATER PARK EXIT) which is 1/2 way between Camdenton (super Wal-mart here) and Osage Beach - both on Hwy 54...so you have access to all the tourist type activities and restaurants.

Our palm vacation

The only bad thing about our stay here was leaving. Terry was very helpful with all the details and the house is exactly as advertised. Nice cove. Great size dock for our boat (25ft) and plenty of room to grill out and relax in the evenings. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this home. It was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Great location near attractions, shopping and other activities yet removed from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Quiet cove location with lots of privacy. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, we enjoyed the decks and the dock area. Loved the nearby Seven Springs Winery.

We had a wonderful time at this rental home. The owner is very helpful with any questions about the home and the activities in the area. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and we had plenty of room. The location is perfectly centered between many fun locations while maintaining some privacy. Wonderful nieghbors. Everything in the home has been maintained very well. The HA HA Tonka Castle is a must see and the Oaks Golf Club is the most beautiful one I have ever played. JB Hooks is a little pricey but has extremely good steak and seafood. I would stay here again for sure.
Recommended for: Families with Teenagers
The "K" family made their reservations well in advance to obtain the July 4th holiday week and had ample time to inquire about all the various activities around our home & the lake area. We supplied the "K Family" with some of our "special recommendations" on our favorites in advance...which we also have posted in our vacation home binder in the game room. We thank them for the kind comments...as we do make EXTRA efforts each spring and summer off seasons to update another area of the home so that it will remain one of the BEST AT THE LAKE! We value the home and make cleanliness a top issue as we know it is also important to our travelers when they are away from home on vacation.

Terry & Mindy...What a great house, wonderful location. We are very thankful this was available...we lucked out with it being Labor Day Week. The coves here and nearby were great! The kids really enjoyed some fun tubing--even behind our bass boat. The kids had a fabulously fun time fishing off the dock -- they kept Dad busy with baiting and releasing. Sterling was able to enjoy some early morning bass fishing. Everytime we come to the lake, it makes us want to be here more. Your house was perfect for our family and 3 children. We really enjoyed the decks and Mom's favorite part of the day was early morning reading on the upper deck before the kids were up. Something about the water is so peaceful and relaxing -- ALL YOUR DECKS help to make it ever more enjoyable. Wonderful place to vacation. P.S. We have been to many resorts and condos at the lake...Palm Lane is certainly one of the best for us!! See you next year. Sherri
