Exclusive,privately gated hillside Lake Shasta vacation home. Fresh mountain air from two large balconies with views of Lake Shasta. Short walking distance to Lake Shasta and boat marina launching. After a day of Fun on the Water, dirt biking, hiking or snow skiing at Mount Shasta Ski park relax in the hot tub, cozy up and read a book or have a private massage. BBQ on the large covered patio or dine at the local restaurants.

Home Amenities:
Ground Floor: 3 Car Garage, height of opening is 9'8" for the tall Wakeboard boats. (Limited access depending on length of boat and vehicle). Moor at Sugarloaf marina, $20.00/day.

Main Floor-Second Floor: Great room with kitchen, dining,
two queen hide-a-beds, entertainment area. Cozy Master Suite with kingsize bed, private large garden tub. Laundry room. Two bathrooms. Relax on the large covered balcony with overhead fans and BBQ. Hot tub.

Third Floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds with Jack and Jill bathroom. Covered balcony with lake view. Access to second floor hot tub.

Smoking only on concrete driveway area and balconies, NO inside smoking (deposit will be forfeited).

Pets ok, must be potty trained and no chewers.

Short distance to the Lake and marina. You can park your boat here or at the SugarLoaf Marina (open mid May), daily rate is $20.00 (contact the owner for availability).

Your home away from Home. Cook in the kitchen or dine at the Bass Hole, Lakeshore Inn, or Club Klondidke, All restaurants are either walking distance or a short drive.

Bait and tackle store, local store for groceries and dvd rentals, gas, speciality coffee shop, library. Patio boat rental from Crazy Dave or Sugarloaf or Antlers Marina.

Once your selected date is confirmed the rental rate shall be paid in full no later then 45 days prior to your selected date. Late payments may result in losing confirmation. Cancellation no later than 45 days prior to your confirmed date, is a $50.00 fee deducted from the $500.00 deposit. Cancellation less then 30 days your $500.00 deposit will be forfeited. Two weeks prior 50% of rental rate will be forfeited.
   
• Other Fees: 2 night rate is $500.00 per night (not noted in above rates) A rental agreement and rental amenities and policy will be mailed to you or emailed. Please mail back signed with deposit. Any additional fees could result if damage is done to the property. $500.00 deposit to be given back within 14 days or sooner after departure
