Bring your party here to swim, ski, fish or do nothing. A retreat that you will enjoy your privacy behind a gate, in a cozy, hillside, upscale vacation home.

The setting is peaceful, you will specially enjoy star gazing and the views of Lake Shasta and surrounding tree lined mountains from two spacious balconies that are shade covered, comfy sitting, and with overhead fans.

This is the place where you can let everything else go and enjoy just being with each other.

Across the street to the lake and convenient boat marina launching. BBQ here or dine at the local restaurants. The first day of your arrival we will have snacks available.

The Sugarloaf lake resort area is great for biking, swimming, fishing, boating,hiking,kayaking, lots of off road trails so bring the quads.

Convenient Marina moorage, holistic wellness treatments, private fishing guide, wake boarding instruction. Owner to assist with reservations and advanced bookings is advised.

3 levels:
First floor: 3 car garage 9' 8" for the taller boats.

Second floor: Master suite with king size bed, pet bed and garden tub, private access to hot tub. Great room with 2nd bath, kitchen, dining area, two queen size hide-at-beds, laundry room, entertainment center. Covered large balcony for outside dining with BBQ.

Third floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, Jack and Jill bathroom and private exit to downstairs hot tub. Covered balcony with comfortable chairs and table.

Short distance to the Lake and marina. You can park your boat here(tight turn into driveway) or at Sugarloaf Marina (open mid May), or Antlers Marina. Daily rate is $20.00 and included car passes.

Your Home away from Home. Cook in the kitchen or dine at the Bass Hole, Lakeshore Inn, or Club Klondidke, All restaurants are either walking distance or a short drive.

Local Amenities:
Bait and tackle store, local store for groceries and dvd rentals, gas, specialty coffee shop, library. Patio boat rental from Crazy Dave or Sugarloaf or Antlers Marina.

Summer activities include: live bands, bingo, fishing tournaments, Car Show, July 4th light boat parade.
