• Deposits: Payment in full plus $250.00 refundable cleaning and security deposit. Returned within 14 days if no additional cleaning is required and no damage has been done to the home.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $125.00 or clean house and wash all bedding. Monthly rates include only water. All other utilities paid by tenant.

This was my first stay at a Vacational Home. It was really very nice. The Flat screen LCD TV is awesome. The location is very near to a Boating resort and Shasta caverns, where we had to go. Overall, We felt it was wise to choose this one.

We stayed here for 3 days in late Sept 2007. Easy to find in a quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes north of Redding. The property was very nice with a hot tub and comfy beds. We will definately stay here again.
