Lovely space ; low information.

This is a beautiful house. The information on its use is hit or miss. A photo book exists detailing WiFi password, equipment use, etc., but finding it after inquiry was a scavenger hunt. Ice maker didn't operate, DVD remote made the use of the DVD impossible. Many personal items of the presumed owner are in evidence: makes a tenant feel a bit uneasy. On the other hand, the kitchen is very well equipped, one cabinet full of staples. The house is spotlessly clean.

Owner's reply:

The photobook, with detailed instructions is always supposed to be on the kitchen counter. Unfortunately, a reserve cleaner put it away, so it was a bit more difficult....sorry about that.

The ice-maker is disconnected because the local water is way too chlorinated and we just don't want people using it for drinks! Trays in the freezer and use the bottled water. Quality choice over "convenience."
I will check the remote...no one has mentioned a problem.
Uneasy, or trusted?

Perfect stay!

We went to lakeland to do mission work at Lighthouse Ministires and this was a perfect place to come home to after a hard day of work. The pool was BIG HIT! The bedrooms were spacious and everything was very clean. We would definitely recommend it to others who travel to lakeland.
