Description of the Lamoine vacation home rental
This lovely year-round home is located on 8 wooded acres in Marlboro, (Lamoine) with the ocean less than a mile away . The southern deck is wonderful for sunning, reading, outdoor dining or stargazing. First floor: kitchen, dining area, and living room. Second floor: two bedrooms ,a 3/4 bath and a deck . Public beaches are within 5 miles of our home and Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park is a 30 minute drive. Bike riding , walking , hiking and bird watching are enjoyable activities right out the door. Or spend the day in Acadia and return home to the coastal quiet for a relaxed evening at home. Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall, A wonderful location for a peaceful vacation!

Enjoy the quiet of Marlboro by the sea or the easy access to Bar Harbor, the first place to see the Sun in the United States. Mount Desert Island's (MDI) experience activities ranging from golf, fishing, birding, biking, boating to mountain climbing . Or take a day trip to beautiful Schootic for another view of Acadia.
