Lancaster 20 minutes to the southwest of Adamstown boasts a beautiful combination of history and progress.

• Deposits: Deposit payment of ½ the total cottage rental is required as deposit. VISA, MC, and personal checks accepted. Our cancellation policy is 30 days. Refunds are honored less a $50.00 cancellation processing fee for the cottages and a $75.00 cancellation processing fee for the Vacation Home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit.
   
• Other Fees: Reservations are recommended. There is a 3 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays, We do drop our three night minimum on the Wednesday before the weekend. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the reservation is less than 3 nights. We're pet friendly! Well behaved, housebroken dogs accepted. Security deposit required for pets. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cottage. Crates are available upon request
