Description of the Lanoka Harbor vacation home rental

LANOKA HARBOR - 100' on water and a private dock with electricity. Two or three bedroom, pristine home on deep lagoon at Jersey shore - PERFECT for boaters or vacationers that just like the water and the salt air. Just across the bay from Island Beach State Park, with boat access. House is less than 1/2 mile from the open bay. There is a marina at the inland end of my lagoon. Also on the property is a newer, detached, over-sized two car garage with half bath, work/hobby area, interior and exterior enclosed storage, and fully enclosed outdoor shower. Large concrete patio at the back of the house, and the property is fully fenced for privacy. This fabulous vacation/year-round home is fully carpeted in white/sand Berber. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are fully stocked, including linens. There is an extra room (approx. 12x18) in the house with no closet and can easily house two more beds. I use it as a media room. All rooms are newly furnished and lovely. Two window AC units cool the whole house (ranch) efficiently. There is phone and digital cable access in both bedrooms, living room and media/guest room. If you would like to see photos, please email me and I will send them immediately. Other Vacation Rental Amenities

We are situated on the bayside of the Jersey shore in Lanoka Harbor. By boat it takes only a few minutes to cross the bay and dock at Island Beach State Park, which is one of the loveliest and most popular beaches in New Jersey. Island Beach State Park welcomes boaters! There is also a small beach, convenient for families with small children, on the bayside about a mile from the house. It also has a covered picnic area and wonderful views. There is also a very large lake with recreational facilities in Lacey Township. The beach of Seaside Heights and Seaside Park are a 10 mile car drive away since you can't drive across water! Our area is chock full of great restaurants!

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal
Check In: 2 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Full Month
Deposits: Rent must be paid in advance of entering property for your stay. There will be a security deposit of $1500.00 due upon contract signing, and returnable within 15 days after departure.
Other Fees: The security deposit will be returned to you less any costs for repair of damage to the property or its contents, or outstanding/excessive utility bills. Excessive means gas, electric, and water charges over and above customary average usage for this property. I pay digital cable access, but you are responsible for any further charges like "On Demand" movies through the cable company that incur other charges. Residential phone is for local calls only.

A slice of heaven on the water, February 10, 2008

This was THE most comfortable vacation home we ever stayed in. Not to mention how lovely it was furnished. Waking in the morning and taking a few steps out to the dock for morning coffee was heaven, and to have our boat docked right in the backyard wwas wonderful.

We spent four weeks in this house and found it to be comfortable and charming. We docked our boat right there and it was so convenient instead of a marina, although the marina was about 1000 feet away in order to re-fuel. House is much larger than we thought it would be, and very clean. As a matter of fact, everything looked brand new from the furntiture to the bedding to the kitchen stuff. Can't wait to go back next year!
