Tastefully decorated, mostly new furnishings and truly immaculate! Enjoy the privacy of your own 1600 square foot Florida home without the inconvenience of high rise condo parking garages and elevators. Pull right in to your carport and you're home. Enjoy your own yard, front porch, florida room, storage and more! Interior features tile in main living areas, carpet in bedrooms. 20' X 17' master bedroom with spacious garden bathroom. Ample sized secondard bedrooms. TV's with cable galore! Monthly rental during the season (dec-april) is $2,000 per month. Off season special is $1,500 a month. A one time $50 per person fee is required by the park for a background check. Monthly rent includes all utilities and exterior maintenance. Gated community is beautifully landscaped with community center, swimming pool, exercise room, shuffleboard, and lots of friendly neighbors voted "Most Friendly in Palm Beach County" (by us - we know since we visit often ourselves!) who meet daily for coffee, swimmming and special events. Maralago Cay in Lantana, Florida is a little hamlet tucked between Lake Worth/West Palm Beach area and Boynton/Delray Beach area. Five minutes from 1-95, ten minutes to the beach and West Palm Beach airport. Quiet, many many many restaurants, malls, etc nearby. Boating, deep sea fishing, cultural events, numerous malls nearby.

My husband and I enjoyed a month in this very clean, well equiped rental. Located close to shopping and the beach, but the park has plenty to do. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard and biking. The neighbors are great and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would definetely return.
