Description of the Largo vacation home rental
The perfect getaway if you are 55 or over. The home has central heat and A/C and has been completely refurbished and freshly painted. Some of the features include new floors, new queen size bed in the master bedroom, new bath and a half, and a sunny Florida room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the foyer between the garage and inside from door. The park is pet-free. Renters must be approved by the Park office. Information will be provided about how to obtain Park approval. Approved renters can enjoy all the amenities of the Park including swimming pool, clubhouse functions, and waterfront views of Lake Seminole on the pier.
Monthly rental: $800-1,500. Once approved by the Park office, a one month security deposit and the first month's rent will be due to hold the dates you have requested. Within 30 days from when you leave your security deposit will be returned provided there is no damage and place was left clean and in good order.

Beautiful park setting in a Resident Owned Community in Largo, FL, with a private lake. This very clean recently renovated vacation rental is just 5 miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with bicycling, boating, fishing and active community club house. Walk to restaurants, shopping malls and only 15 minutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater for theater and museums or sporting events - baseball, football, soccer, and basketball.

Winter vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful winter here in Largo, Fl. The unit we had was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was there. We liked it enough to rent it again for the winter of 2012.
