The perfect getaway for seniors who are 55 or over. The home has central heat and A/C and has been completely refurbished and freshly painted. Some of the features include new floors, new queen size bed in the master bedroom, new bath and a half, and a sunny Florida room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the utility shed. The park is pet-free. Renters must be approved by the Park office. Information will be provided about how to obtain Park approval. Approved renters can enjoy all the amenities of the Park including swimming pool, clubhouse and functions, and waterfront views of Lake Seminole on the pier. Monthly rental: $1600 which includes gas utilities. Once approved by the Park office, a security deposit of first and last months rent of will be due.
