Hotel prices have sky rocketed...A nights stay can cost you hundreds of your hard earned dollars. Our Vacation Rental is the way to go. For $65.00 per day or less you can enjoy the comforts of an Americanized two story home. FULLY AIR CONDITIONED for your comfort and completely furnished for a look and feel as if you were in your own living room.
Kitchen with gas stove/oven, rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and ref. Other applicances on request if needed. There is a 2nd kitchen and a storage area available for your use. Dinning area and Living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Car Park is inside the gated lot. Also, there is a laundry area with washer for your convenience.
Phone, Internet, and Cable TV (Living Room, Master Bedroom), and ALL UTILITIES are included. Rent by the day, week, or month. EXTENDED stays are also available AT A DISCOUNT. The above rates include pickup/drop-off to the Airport and daily maid cleaning services. Local Phone (longdistance is chargeable, Cable TV, DSL Internet access, computer, washer, and ALL UTILITIES.

To reserve your timeframe, kindly remit the REFUNDABLE
reservation fee of $50.00. Upon recieving your reservation fee, I will block your reqested dates and send you a conformation email.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment to my email address and reference Rental 43525.

Should you need to cancel, I will refund the $50.00 reservation fee. Refund must be requested within 60 days from the date of your reservation fee payment. After 60 days, due to processing fees, I will refund you $40.00.
After receiving the reservation fee, you may change your dates as needed depending on availability. We look forward to assisting you in any way we can. Reservation Fee will be deducted from your final billing.

Full maid services are negotiable depending on your needs, such as Cook, Driver, Nanny, or other services that you may wish to acquire.

We will provide you with transportation to and from Ninoy Aquino International & Domestic Airports. We can also provide you with transportation to anywhere upon request. We can also arrange for site seeing and excursion tours if you desire.
