This is a fully furnished 1000 sq ft condo which has separate living area with wraparound leather couches and a dining table that seats 8 easily. Included is a kitchen with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, state of the art oven, dishwasher. Unit comes with cable and DVD, surround sound stereo, Wi-Fi access, travertine floors, built out closets and a washer & dryer right in the unit. There are 2 balconies which are private
and give you a view of the Stratosphere, Venetian and Steve Wynn's new Casino or MGM & City Center depending on unit you choose. There is also access

A great location with all that we needed. The unit simply needs a little updating and it will be a great place to stay. I wish that the "bunk" room had been a queen or double.

Owner was great to work with. Security at the property is very tight. There were some minor problems (tv in one bedroom did not work, dryer needs service, had no large cooking pots) but overall it was good. The property is in a very convenient location and is a perfect rental for business travelers. I would rent this property again!

owner was wonderful to work with. Onsite rental mgr was great. Condo was more than expected. Very spacious, clean, and convenient. KA....$170, Mystery Adventure Tour...$40....Dinner at Craftsteak.....$300....Bette Midler.....$225....Condo rental.....Priceless!!!!!!

Great place! Close to Strip and UNLV Thomas and Mac center. Place had 2 beds/bedrooms, no hideabeds. You don't want to try to sleep 8. Some issues between developers & owners need to be resolved. Having said that owner is good to deal with and we would definitely like to stay there again

This guy will scam you and then when you call him on it tell you he told you. I think he probably only owns one rental unit. 7-121 With no view except the back door of Lawry's Prime Rib house and Sirens down Flamingo every 20 minutes. Had many problems with unit. One set of towels. Could not get repairs. Front door had been kicked in and poorly fixed causing door to drag hard on the floor to open or close. Electrical problems in MB Bathroom caused lights to go out while in the shower. Again no repair. Staff could not assist as this was beyond a light bulb and Mike Mead owner does not participate with onsite rental agents. When we did not get any satisfaction we rented elsewhere and moved out. Mead will not refund the unused portion of the rent citing daily and weekly rate adjustments and inability to re rent for the last 2 weeks of January after we left. Call the Meridian directly, to stay in a safe, quite suite with good pricing and service. One more time. This Mike Mead is a CON.

Very well appointed and away from the hustle and hassle of the strip. We stayed in a unit near the street, so heard the occasional sirens along Flamingo Rd. Otherwise, very nice, including the workout room. However, they need to replace the missing dumbells.

More than we expected ...super nice upgrades....very modern
so close to the Strip we walked when traffic got crazy...away from the crowds which was the most important to us...and we took our dogs!!!! We'll be back Sarah & Mike Happy New Year!!2009
