Description of the Las Vegas vacation condo rental

LET"S MAKE A DEAL !!! $159 - $199/night !!! I will beat any offer you have from other hotels/condos/homes. I have access to 10 of these units (4 1BR 1BA so send me email if you need one bedroom also) available so PRICES RANGE from $129/night to $259/night depending on night of week. This property is a beautifully decorated and furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 3 plasma TVs and all the amenities of home and then some! Owner has four (4) 2 BR units in this complex so availability is usually not a problem. No cancellation and no refund possible two weeks before any booked reservation during Holiday Season Dec 24, 2009 - Jan 05, 2010 due to extremely high demand. We literally have to turn people away so we suggest if you are not sure of your plans DO NOT make a reservation as there is a NO REFUND policy during this time frame. During the rest of the year there is a 30 day notice needed for cancellation and refund.
This is a fully furnished 1000 sq ft condo which has separate living area with wraparound leather couches and a dining table that seats 8 easily. Included is a kitchen with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, state of the art oven, dishwasher. Unit comes with cable and DVD, surround sound stereo, Wi-Fi access, travertine floors, built out closets and a washer & dryer right in the unit. There are 2 balconies which are private
and give you a view of the Stratosphere, Venetian and Steve Wynn's new Casino or MGM & City Center depending on unit you choose. There is also access
to the swimming pool, fitness center, and business center.
All of our guests enjoy the comforts of home while out on a business trip or just being away from
home on a family getaway. Guests are provided with a fully equipped kitchen so that you can make
coffee in the morning or a full dinner after work. Plates, linens, and many other household items
are also provided.
Renters can also enjoy access to the condo's private indoor squash & racquetball courts, 24-hour
fitness centre, dry-heat sauna, 2 outdoor lighted tennis courts, 2 resort-style swimming pools with
poolside whirlpool, outdoor cabanas & BBQs, a Business Centre, Dry-Cleaning, Concierge Service,
Video Rental, activities - and more!
Our location is only 10 minutes from the airport and just one block east of the strip on the corner
of Flamingo and Koval. The Monorail is only a 5 minute walk and another 5 minute walk you can be
standing in front of Caesar's Palace.

This property is located within a gated resort community called the Meridian Luxury Suites Las Vegas. Owner has 4 units in this complex. The accommodations are beautiful and luxurious as well as centrally located to the Las Vegas Strip. 10 minute walk to Wynn's, Bellagio, Mirage, Venetian, Paris Las Vegas or Fashion Show Mall.

Within a few hours drive is the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Lake Mead, Hoover's Dam as well as Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Helicopter rides are available from approx $250 & up and you can picnic at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and be there in 45 minutes. It is an unforgettable experience.

Owner was great to work with. Security at the property is very tight. There were some minor problems (tv in one bedroom did not work, dryer needs service, had no large cooking pots) but overall it was good. The property is in a very convenient location and is a perfect rental for business travelers. I would rent this property again!

owner was wonderful to work with. Onsite rental mgr was great. Condo was more than expected. Very spacious, clean, and convenient. KA....$170, Mystery Adventure Tour...$40....Dinner at Craftsteak.....$300....Bette Midler.....$225....Condo rental.....Priceless!!!!!!

Great place! Close to Strip and UNLV Thomas and Mac center. Place had 2 beds/bedrooms, no hideabeds. You don't want to try to sleep 8. Some issues between developers & owners need to be resolved. Having said that owner is good to deal with and we would definitely like to stay there again

Very well appointed and away from the hustle and hassle of the strip. We stayed in a unit near the street, so heard the occasional sirens along Flamingo Rd. Otherwise, very nice, including the workout room. However, they need to replace the missing dumbells.
