Description of the Las Vegas vacation condo rental

Awesome, NEW Condo on the Vegas Strip in a Prime location approx 3 miles south of the MGM Grand in the fastest growing area of Las Vegas. You’ll be minutes from all the excitement of the Strip, but far enough away to have a little peace and quiet. The condo is located at the Grandview, right next door to the South Pointe resort and casino, one of Vegas’ newest attractions.
The condo sleeps 4 and has one bedroom, a living room with pullout sofa, kitchen and luxury bathroom. The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs. Cable and wireless internet included.
There are pools, activities and BBQ grills on site.
The condo is available Jan 10-17, 2010. This is a wonderful time to visit Vegas. You get awesome weather and a much needed break after the holidays.
The condo rents for $800 per week. This is payable in 2 installments. $400 is due when you reserve and the other $400 the week before you check in. We accept PayPal or money order. The initial installment is considered a deposit and is nonrefundable. There is also a $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
We have 2 units available, across the hall from each other. If you’d like to rent both, the fee is $1500.
