In an attempt to make it harder for "scammers" to try to pull a fast one on me here are the rules and procedures:
1. Email me with your name, address, telephone number associated with that address along with the number and names of guests. I will verify your address and telephone number. (you WILL be called).
2. I will first contact you for verification information. If that is successful then I will call for verification of funds deposited with PayPal. (If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can used them to safely process your credit card without me knowing the details of your card.
3. Upon confirmation of valid funds I will call you back to confirm the reservation has been changed to the names you’ve provided and send you a copy of the Reservation Confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation directly from The Carriage House.
