We Are The Direct Owners Of The Unit…The unit is a beautiful Jr. 1 Bedroom Suite. This is the best deal in town $110/per night during the week and $125 per night during the weekend (the nightly rate does not include all fees). We offer special rates for extended stay for 4 nights or more.
Suite is fully loaded; full kitchenette, plasma televisions and jet jacuzzi tub. Guests are also entitled to all MGM amenities; pool, spa, gymnasium, and much much more...

This is always a great place to stay when I am in Las Vegas. The MGM Signature is a gated resort type environment, with luxurious facilities including valet check-in, in-suite dining, no gambling and also no smoking. This makes the Signature a great place for families to stay, while the traditional casino is a short distance away in the MGM Hotel through a moving sky walk. Unlike most other hotels in Las Vegas, there is lots of lounging space around the three outdoor pools and they are all located close to the elevators in three towers. The penthouse suite I rented was perfect when I arrived and everything was clean and in new condition. Great views, easy access to the MGM hotel and casino where there is also a sky train station providing quick access to other strip casinos and the main convention cerner as well. Many visitors still say to me that once you try the Signature in Las Vegas, you will always want to return here!

really nice place. great view and ez walk. Definitely tower 1 is the best of the 3. Owners please take note to fix the alarm clock. no way to set time or alarm and it keeps going off at 6:30 am! Had to unplug. Otherwise this is the best deal in town.

Good location, friendly staff, and great view from the balcony. Bathroom was amazing and so was the King size bed. Room had everything needed for a fun week in Vegas.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October for our Anniversary and we absolutely loved the suite! We will definitely be using this again when we return to Vegas. It truly was a great value considering all the amenities available for us to use at the MGM. The only thing that caught me off guard at check in was the security deposit. We really wished this was mentioned because we weren't prepared for it. But, overall lovely stay in vegas suite! Can't wait to return.

The suite was everything we hoped for! It was clean, the view was great and the amenities that we received being connected to the MGM Grand were amazing! There were some holes/stains on the comforter and stains on the floor in the bathroom, but other than that, it was perfect!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this junior suite! We had the best view for the New Year fireworks show ever! The suite was clean and the accommadations were excellent. We will certaintly come back again!

From getting our confirmation of payment, to getting into our room, and staying in our room were all Problems. This is not handled by MGM Signature despite the email address or confirmation. It is handled by the owner and with that comes problems. We did end up with confirmation, we did end up getting the room at the designated time and we did end up being able to stay in our room but not without problems. BEWARE !!!

Excellent hotel staff. They were prompt and friendly. Quick check in and quick check out with no mystery charges. The room was superb. Better than a suite in the MGM Grand Hotel. Modern touches with comfortable furniture. The bed and bedding was great. Even pet friendly!

I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons only. The service with the owners of the unit was slow and took over a week to reserve the unit. And lastly, the unit we stayed in was not the unit advertised on this sight. But with that said, It was still a great unit and an amazing trip!!!!! The owners were friendly and competent in their duties. The hotel is amazing and in a great location with access to the best of the strip(my opinion). We will deffinately contact the owners of this unit again and enjoyed using vacation home rentals to find great options to the usual pricy hotel.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at the Signature...1st time using vacation rental instead of MGM reservation..definitely will start using vacation rental again.

This is our first time staying at this MGM Signature. We were very impressed by the facility, services. The room is nice and comfortable for two person if you don't plan to stay in the room the entire day. The gym is everything you wanted for a nice work out. Even we didn't request daily maid service(extra money) but fresh towels were delivered to the room every other day. The location is not so far from all the attractions especially now "The Center" has become the center of the Strip. I enjoy our seven days stay and would like to come back and stay at this place again.
