Truly Perfect

November 21, 2012

This house was exactly as advertised and it worked perfectly for our family Thanksgiving get together. The backyard was HUGE and all of the kids were able to run around without any worries. The basketball/tennis court was a hit with everyone and the pool house and pool table was put to great use. The bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect. Ron was VERY easy to get a hold of and answered any and all questions quickly. We have already talked about possibly doing our get together here again next year!

Wonderful home!!

The home was and location was perfect!! The only complaint we had was that there were 5 couples and one couple ended up in a twin bed room and we were under the impression that every room had at least a queen size bed. And the one bedroom only has a toilet so it's not a full bath. Other than that everything including the owner was awesome!! We will definitely be back!

Great House! Great Yard! Great Location!

Stayed here for the Superbowl weekend. We all like it so much we have reserved for next year. This is the first time we are repeating at a house as all the others had one problem or another. The yard is very large with a nice hot tub and pool. There is gazebo which we used to play ping pong. The TVs were great for watching the game. A very nice pool table room. The bedrooms and bathrooms all have high quality bedding and towels; the kitchen is very completely stocked with ample pots, dishes and utensils. There is a very nice exterior BBQ with eating area and wet bar. The owner was very helpful when we had questions about working the hot tub and pool heater, but left us our privacy the rest of the time. We had 6 guys and needed to use the fold out couch for sleeping. We thought it would be in the living room. Turns out there is a separate small house or casita which has a bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room with the hide-a-bed, a TV and a small kitchenette! All in all a really great house and experience.

Xmas Reunion

January 7, 2012

We met up with my brother's family from Houston for the xmas week. There was 4 kids U/13 and the house was ideal. Lots of running space and things for them to do. We were meant to stay at Ron's smaller vacation home but we were upgraded to this bigger home. There rooms were big, in fact the whole house was big. The location was ideal as it is away from the Strip - maybe 3 miles. We simply organised our day using the one taxi trip as they can be quite expensive. There are some shops within walking distance for general stuff. Ron was on hand, if needed, however we didn't need him at all. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay at this home and I would contact Ron again if I was looking to rent a Vegas property. Sandra

We were in Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show. We didn't have much time to do "fun" things like swimming and playing in the beautiful house we rented, but it would be great to go back there some time when it's not for a buiness trip and enjoy the house a little more. There was ample sleeping space, but one of the beds was a little uncomfortable. We are planning to request the same home for our CES trip again next year. The price was definitely right for a group our size.

We had a great time in The Oasis and were wery pleased to see it was just minutes away from Mandalay Bay where we attended the Las Vegas Desert Classic Darts Tournament. Ron has been a great host and the pool was fantastic. Our number one choice to revisted.

Love this house. Beautiful. Pictures just don't do this house justice. We had eight in our group. Had lots of space and privacy for all. I would recommend this house to anyone.
