This new two story home was built in 2004 and is ideal for a focused, productive business trip or a fabulous Las Vegas vacation. You will be close enough to all of the excitement that Las Vegas has to offer, yet far enough away to escape the neon lights. It sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport.

The spacious, comfortable living room holds plenty of seating for viewing the 37 inch TV (with DIRECTV, and DVD player). The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party or a late night snack in the nook. The cook will appreciate the stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tile counter tops and hard wood floors. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. Wireless High speed internet access and unlimited domestic long distance telephone calls are complementary.

Three nicely decorated and cozy bedrooms await our business travelers and vacationers at the end of the day: a master bedroom with brand new king-size bed, and two smaller bedrooms with a double in each. Two and a half bathrooms, with an upstairs a laundry room and a large 2 car garage complete the interior. All linens, dishes and household supplies are provided - all you need to bring is your suitcase, and toothbrush!

Outside the fun and relaxation continues with a beautiful Laguna pool, secluded spa with grotto waterfall. The Spa and patio is equipped with a commercial grade misting system which will keep you cool in the desert heat, perfect for cooling off sun worshipers. This is truly a vacationer’s haven!

Convince store, car wash and bus stop within easy walking distance. Grocery store (Albertsons), restaurants, and Blockbuster Video Rentals, all within 2 miles. Only a 20 minute drive to Nellis Air Force Base and about 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip. Lake Meade recreational area with all its boating and water activities is just over Sunrise Mountain and an easy drive from the home.
