This new two story home was built in 2004 and is ideal for a focused, productive business trip or a fabulous Las Vegas vacation. You will be close enough to all of the excitement that Las Vegas has to offer, yet far enough away to escape the neon lights. It sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport.

The spacious, comfortable living room holds plenty of seating for viewing the 37 inch TV (with DIRECTV, and DVD player). The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party or a late night snack in the nook. The cook will appreciate the stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tile counter tops and hard wood floors. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. Wireless High speed internet access and unlimited domestic long distance telephone calls are complementary.

Three nicely decorated and cozy bedrooms await our business travelers and vacationers at the end of the day: a master bedroom with brand new king-size bed, and two smaller bedrooms with a double in each. Two and a half bathrooms, with an upstairs a laundry room and a large 2 car garage complete the interior. All linens, dishes and household supplies are provided - all you need to bring is your suitcase, and toothbrush!

Outside the fun and relaxation continues with a beautiful Laguna pool, secluded spa with grotto waterfall. The Spa and patio is equipped with a commercial grade misting system which will keep you cool in the desert heat, perfect for cooling off sun worshipers. This is truly a vacationer 's haven!

Our family of five enjoyed our summer vacation in this rental home. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have all the basic necessities supplied, ie. trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. Would have given this home 5 stars if it had more seating at the kitchen table (only 4 chairs)and around the pool area.

We enjoyed out stay at this nice clean home. House looks bigger on net but plenty of room for all. Was a little farther out then we expected, but easy to get to strip. A few small things didn't work, stereo,& computer. Had problem heating up spa, but pool man came right away and fixed problem misting system didn't work either, but we didn't miss it. Small amenites were not at house shampoo/soap/paper towels. All in all, we would rent house again in future. Thanks

A family of 5 stayed quite comfortably with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is quite easy to access to and from the strip. Everything you need is here, from the fantastic kitchen/applicances to the towels, bedding, etc. We did not use the pool due to the unseasonably cold weather.
