Kithchen has Sub-Zero fridge and Viking appliances, fully stocked with all cooking and serving needs.

Area Description

Located on the southwest side of Las Vegas. Not in a development but rather an area that is rural zoned, yet only 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd(Mandalay Bay is a mere 5 miles). Plenty of room between neighbors, very private, corner lot. Beautiful western themed city park across the street, and within 3 miles of huge outlet shopping mall, restaurants, and conveniance stores. Close and easy access points for 215 and 15 freeways. This neighborhood is a true gem in the desert in what is fast becoming overdeveloped city. Because of its location, almost all traffic can be avoided going to and from the strip.

Can't Be Beat, April 24, 2008

We rented this property while in town for a legal seminar. The property was in fantastic condition, we were abe to arrange daily maid service, and everything was wonderful! The home was tastefully decorated, the hot tub spacious and the beds (and the linen thereon) were very confortable. Close enough to the strip to go, but far enough away to be very peaceful.
