YTD owner have not responded at all, Day 1-We arrived on 11/24/09 the key code did not work. We called the local contact & found out the key code was broken. She then instructed us to wait for her son who would bring us a key. 2 hrs later Maria son & a man by the name of Caesar came to fix the water heater, we were unaware it wasn’t working. Caesar explained that the heater broke during the prev. renters stay which flooded the living room (carpet was damp). Day 2-When we woke up we had no hot water. We called Maria & Caesar who later came out to check the heater & discovered the pilot was not lit. He lit the pilot & left. A few hours later no hot water, at this time we went out to the garage & water was leaking in the garage. So we turned off the valve to prevent water from continuing to flood the garage. We called Maria & Caesar but no answer so we left several messages. Finally they called us back around 5pm. We were out of the house & told him we should be headed back to the house in 2 hours. We headed back home at 7 no answer we called for a few hours no answer. By this time we were very frustrated & called Shawn at main office & left as message. He never called back. By day 2 the living room also began to stink from damp carpet. Day 3, 4, 5, & 6-We continued to call with no answer or reply to any of our messages. So for the entire 6 night stay we had to boil water to take baths. 10 adult & 2 kids,. Beautiful home with no hot water. miserable trip

I reserved property #13005 for October 8 thru October 11. When I arrived at the property the night of the 8th, when first entering the house I notice the carpet was heavily soiled which was a disappointment however I was willing to live with that as I continued my inspection of the house I found a dirty dish in the sink, towels were dirty, shower curtain had mildew, hair in the tub, urine on the commode, no toilet paper, there were numerous issues. I called my contact person which I did receive a call back however he stated that he would send a cleaning person that next day. I advised him that the condition of the house was not acceptable and that I did not feel comfortable sleeping in that house that night knowing the dirty conditions of the house and the bed linen had not been changed. He stated that he would send a cleaning person that night however I never heard from him or the cleaning person. After several more attempts of trying to contact him by calling and texting, I never heard from him and still have not heard from him. I had to get a hotel which totally changed my plans. It was my 40th birthday celebration, 7 of my girlfriends flew in to help me celebrate. We ended up having to get 3 hotel rooms which changed the whole dynamic of the weekend. I was very disappointed.

The house itself is very spacious and nice. HOWEVER, the overall cleanliness was not good. Every room that had carpet was stained and nasty. The bedding although clean was just thrown on the beds except the master. We walked into the house with no cable, telephone or internet for 2 days and we had to spend that 2nd day waiting for the repair man to get there. The radio did not work. The Pool table pockets were busted except 2. The house was over a 110 degrees, because the air was shut off and the contact person had not shown up to prep the house before we got there. It took over 5 hours before the downstairs cooled off to a comfortable setting and about 6 hours for the upstairs to do the same. Miserable 1st day in the home. After initial calls for help and support regarding the home, our calls went unanswered for the remainder of our trip. The home alarm systems kept registering low battery signal therefore it beeped all the time, I called for help for that and no response. All doors to the owners private clutter areas were unlocked and left open for us to see. Not Good. I thought that by renting a vacation home, it would be the same as home away from home or at least away from home to a 4-star hotel. The owners/contact person never returned the calls nor checked back with us to see how things worked out or if additional help was needed except for on checkout (day 4) to say all lights and air must be off or we will be charged for the light and/or energy bill if NOT!

I was really disappointed in my vacation. The home itself was not what I expected... The Pros: I like the seclusion being in a gated community. The view of the Las Vegas strip was wonderful. The back of the house gave you the most beautiful view of the mountains.. Perfect.... The Cons: No back yard at all. The carpet was nasty, dirty and filthy, half the lights did not work... there was a cricket or maybe more in the house. The sheets were not clean. We went out to buy detergent to wash. There were towels left in the dryer and on the folding table in the laundry room. When we arrived... we could nto get the air to work... Called Martha (cleaning lady - contact person) she said she would call us back never did... I left several messages and even texted her... no response. We finally got the air downstairs to work.. so we sleep downstairs... No phone service , internet or alarm system. This house looks completely different in person then online. The price was low, now I know. I travel every year and this was by far the worst place I have stayed (interior). I enjoyed Vegas despite the short comings of this property.

We have just returned from a four night stay at this home. We held a private reception there that turned out beautiful. My daugher her new husband and our guest were overwhelmed at how easily this home graduated from simply beautiful to sheer elegance with a few centerpieces and personal touches. It really is a short distance to the strip, with little or no traffic problems. It actually has two very large living rooms and both are beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The master bedroom was like having your own little apartment, so private and peacfull. The kitchen is spacious with two ovens so cooking for a large group was a breeze. We saved thousands on this reception, not to mention that we didnt have to pay for hotels, we will be eternally greatful the the owner who went out of his way to help and make us feel totally at ease and comfortable. We will definately go again. NO MORE HOTELS FOR US! God bless this home!

This house is more like 30 min. from the strip not the 6 min the ad would have you think. One bathroom had a shower that was not working at all and was dirty. When we called to ask for it to be fixed they told us they would be there and never showed up. They were quick to cash the check but not to service their customers. The management company is hard to deal with and WILL NOT call you back when you need them. Sean is a jerk on the phone and not helpful at all. He said he would issue a partial refund due to our issues, did not do it and now will not answer his phone or return messages. It was a total disappointment and not worth the aggravation that was caused by the situation. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!

The house is nice and very spacious. However, upon our arrival one of the showers intended for 3 of the upstairs bedrooms was not working. We contacted both the local management contact and the contact through whom we booked the rental and both gave us the run around. The issue was not resolved in the 6 days we were there. So instead of the 3 bathroom home we paid for we had a 2 bathroom home for 8 people which was less than desirable. We have still not received a satisfactory conclusion to this issue.

We celebrated our family reunion at the Marriot Hotel Las Vegas in July 2008. My wife and I along with eleven other family members shared this beautiful home. It was in a very quiet gated community only minutes away from the Vegas strip and in close proximity to Nellis AFB. We all loved the spaciousness of this home and all of the amendities. Everyone who came to visit were simply amazed at the beauty of this home. I look forward to renting this home again for future Las Vegas vacations.

This is a great home - very beautiful and well maintained. Home is on the far East side of town, so getting around during traffic is slow. It is at the far east end of Charleston - very residential and private. Lot's of shopping nearby, so make yourself at home. That being said, make sure you leave time to get around, Las Vegas is not a small town anymore. Enjoy the home, it is beautiful and comfortable for your stay in Vegas.
