Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished and decorated. The first floor has wood flooring throughout and consists of a beautiful kitchen with dining nook and breakfast counter; a family room with fireplace, leather furniture, DVD/CD player, and a new 42 inch plasma big screen TV; a library/bedroom with attached full bath, and also a dining room and game room with new pool table.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms including a master suite with king-size bed. The two other bedrooms have dual twin beds which can be converted to king-size beds if needed.

Outside you can relax in a backyard surrounded by palm trees and greenery. A heated sparkling pool with built-in spa and lounge chairs will allow you enjoy the warm tropical sun. A covered patio with new stainless steel grill will allow you to use this home just as you would your own.

Located in the prestigious and upscale Green Valley community, 15 minutes from the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Mead and numerous water activities, driving distance to the Grand Canyon, and only five minutes from three of the hottest casinos; Green Valley Ranch, Sunset Station, and Fiesta.
