Great home, quiet neighbourhood. Excellent layout, Pool is wonderfully relaxing. Very clean . Close to grocery stores. 15 minutes to the strip. Home is the perfect home away from home. Would rent it again tomorrow. Would recommend this home to anyone that needs a quality place to stay.

I was well pleasd with the house. My family and I stayed at the home for a week. The pol was great for the heat of the Vegas day. The house was clean and a great size for my party of 7.

The home was surprisingly larger than shown in the photos. The home accommodated eight of us comfortably. The master suite was huge with a door that leads directly to the backyard. The other (3) guest rooms were of suitable sizes. The home is tastefully decorated. The home is very well kept and extremely clean. The backyard is an awesome outdoor space. I cannot comment on the pool because we did not use it; it was a bit too cold and windy for swimming. The home is realtively close to the South end of the strip, less than 10 minutes. On a scale of 10, I definitely give this home a 9 (only because one more bathroom would have been nice). Nicky was extremely flexible and easy to work with. She’s a real gem. Thanks Nicky! My family and I will definitely rent this home for our next Vegas visit.

The one thing you should know about this house is that it is larger than it seems from the photos. Every member of our party agreed that it far exceeded the expectations they had from looking at the pictures. The living room and the kitchen flow together really well and provide a great space a big group of people to all relax together. The backyard is also really nice. The canopied area on the porch opens up to a great view of the pool and the hot tub and the grill is top of the line. The one problem we really had, and the reason I'm not giving five stars, is that the hot tub stopped working on our second day there and was not fixed before our seven day stay ended. The owner seemed to be sincerely frustrated and was trying to get someone to come and fix it, but since it was clearly part of the house's appeal I thought he should have offered us some small discount for the inconvenience. This vacation house rental is awesome. It has all the luxuries we were expecting plus some. With the weather in Vegas being between 98 to 110 we really enjoyed the pool during the day and went to the strip at night which is only minutes from the house. Also, a big THANKS to Nicki and her family for a warm welcoming into their home. They were so accomodating. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would certainly rent this home again.
