Description of the Las Vegas vacation home rental
Two-story house with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, fenced swimming pool, covered 8 person-jacuzzi with turbo jets, and game room with pool table.
Sleeps: 10 in beds, 2 on futon, 3 on sofas. Total: up to 15 people.
Upstairs: cozy master bedroom with king-size bed and stereo system. One bedroom has a full size bed, the other one has two twins.
Downstairs: one bedroom with queen-size bed, the other has a full size. The 6th room (chat-room) can be used as a bedroom also (has two sofas), where you can hang out with ELVIS! Enjoy 47 pictures of ELVIS PRESLEY!
PARENTS with toddlers: there is a mobil playpen, and a moveble gate on the bottom of stairs for your child's safety!
For your entertainment: pool table in the game room.
Cable -TV, DVD player, or VCR in every room. Stereo-system in game-room,
in living room and in master bedroom.
WIRELESS DSL connection and FAX machine is available for your convenience.
Nice lighted dining room and kitchen with everything you need to cook inside w/automatic dishwasher.
Outside includes gas barbecue, patio set, dart game, smoking area, and fenced pool.

$500 security deposit can be paid by check, or can be hold on credit card. It's 100% refundable, if the house left in the same good condition, as it was received.
ANY PAYMENT WAS ALREADY PAID NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE SAME DATES CAN BE REBOOKED.

it was a great experience..the pool was very refreshing along with the jacuzzi. very private are with no distractions. pleanty of room in the rooms and to have a good time. really close to the strip and easy to get there. stores are all around for easy shopping and for supplies. 06/23/08 Positive I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in June 08, and can say it was totally perfect for us.
5 of us stayed here, and it provided the perfect distance between us and the strip so that we didn't have to be surrounded by it every day, but could easily get there.
The house itself is huge, and very well kept.
I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Vegas to look into staying in this apartment.

Every room is furnished, has a grill to BBQ, convenient washer and dryer, I would definitely recommend to everyone.

It was close to the strip and other major sites and the expressway to the airport. The owner was willing to answer all of our questions and provided what she promised. This is an economical, convenient and comfortable house for a large group.

02/26/08 Positive We were fortunate to obtain this house for the president's Day weekend in Las Vegas. I took a volleyball team of 11 16-18 year old girls. The house was more than adequate for all of us -- I truly think if the team was larger we could have acommodated more players. The house was on a quiet street off a major thoroughfare so we had the convenience of getting anywhere fast with a super quiet at night neighborshood. Location close to lots of shopping of every kind-- grocery and otherwise. Close to on-ramps to interstate but far enough so there was no traffic noise. The house was more than adequately stocked with bed and bath linens, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, large and small appliances including a hair dryer, blender, toaster oven, microwave. I didn't even have to buy clothes washing soap or dishwashing soap. The price was very reasonable. The neighbor who oversees the house for the owner was very helpful and friendly -- even though I never needed any assistance, it was nice to know I could call on him. House was spotless and I hope we left it that way too.

11/22/07 Positive This was a perfect house for our traveling group to compete in the National tennis competition! Big enough for all 10 of us, close to many tennis courts, the strip, and other hotel where our other team mates were staying. The combination lock code of the front door was ideal for such a large group going and coming out of the house. The owner is very accommodating. I would definitely make this home my home whenever I'm in Vegas again.

My family preferred staying in the house instead of venturing out into the Vegas heat. They were not bored for one second. They enjoyed the patio mister,dart board,pool & pool table. Great house!Great location! We would definately stay here again.
